King's Cross St. Pancras: No Step Free Access - Step free access is not available to the Thameslink platforms at St Pancras International due to faulty lifts. London Underground is accepting tickets via reasonable routes to/from King's Cross.

Liverpool Street Interchange Message

Liverpool Street: Step free access is not available to the Northern line due to a faulty lift. For step free access to the Elizabeth line, enter via Liverpool Street National Rail concourse or the Broadgate entrance.

Wembley Park Interchange Message

WEMBLEY PARK STATION: From Monday 10 March until Autumn 2026, no lift service between the street (Wembley Way / car park) and ticket hall. Step-free access is still available by using the entrance/exit on Bridge Road which is level between street and ticket hall. Lifts remain available to all platforms.

WEMBLEY PARK STATION: Saturday 18, Sunday 19, Wednesday 22, Friday 24, Saturday 25 and Tuesday 28 July, between 2230 and 2340 each evening, the station will be busy due to Bruno Mars concerts at Wembley Stadium. The Bridge Road entrance will be exit only until the queue to enter the station clears. Entry to the station, including step-free access via lift, will be via Olympic Way. Please allow extra time for your journey
